La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2022 con l’utilizzo di materiali sostenibili. I pavimenti sono in un meraviglioso battuto di cocciopesto, una tecnica artigianale tipica del territorio, mentre i muri sono intonacati in calce naturale.
Le stanze conservano l’autenticità dell’epoca con alti soffitti a volte a stella e volte a botte, tipici dei palazzi signorili salentini. L’intero restauro ha rispettato il carattere originario e il valore architettonico dell’edificio.
